The What and The Why

Recalibrate your energy and reset your Self as you embark on the new moon of the summer. As we open our heart, release the old, and lift to new, and higher, vibrations of the Black Moon (July’s Second New Moon of the Month), we’ll ask the universe for the things we most desire. On this New Moon intention-setting journey, Tatiana will help prepare your body to truly set clear intentions and be open to receive now, and for the next 30 day and phases of the moon. During a New Moon, it is important that we are truly connected to it and engage in a practice. This unique ceremony will give you the space to prepare your mind, body and soul for true Self-ascension and positivity as you release the old and ready yourself for the next phase of the moon.

The Who and The How

Tatiana will create a safe, sacred, and comfortable space where you can open up, release, as you set forth on your next 30 days with a clear, calm mind, open heart, and grounded sense of being. It is essential that we are clear about our goals, focus, and intention as you begin to manifest.

In this space, Tatiana will administer plant medicines and share ancient practices in order to guide you through a Full Moon clearing and New Moon intention setting. True New Moon manifestation is a ritual away - see below:

Hemp - Opening prayer and meditation with hemp oil microdosing for ultimate focus, awareness, and relaxation. CBD from hemp is widely known as a nonpsychoactive plant medicine that helps reduce stress, inflammation, and anxiety. This cannabinoid helps to bring balance, nutrients, and much missing nourishment to our bodies and minds. Then Tatiana will guide you through a short series of heart opening and relaxing yoga poses to a most peaceful savanna as she prepares your body to receive the Rapé.

Rapé - An indigenous/tribal tobacco snuff used as a healing medicine, for hunting purposes, and during ceremony for clarity, focus and to help ground. It helps to detoxify the body, while calming the mind and clearing it of distractions, all while opening the heart to help fully access the space. Tatiana will apply Rapé to each person with care. The Rapé detoxifies the body and clears our mind and thoughts of the any expectations and hopes we had for the last full moon, allowing us to be present and our mind free. This sets us up to truly accept the present and be open to what may be - ready for the journey ahead…

Hematite - As we raise our vibrations and take our self on this journey, this magnificent stone will aide in grounding us, as it is one of the most power grounding stones working with our root chakra. It also absorbs negative energy transforming it into positive, while helping to calm and reduce stress. After breath work, Tatiana will end ceremony with a mantra and close the circle.
